Dp-2026-30236 Competition, For The Concession Of Private Public Use, For A Period Of Fifty Years With The Possibility Of Extension For Another Twenty-Five Years, And With A Onerous Nature, With Respect To The Municipally Owned Properties Located At Avinguda Diagonal, 59-63 And Venezuela 30-50 (Selva De Mar 59), With The Purpose Of Allocating Them, On The Part Of The Awardees, With Or Without Profit, To The Construction And Management Of A Housing Development With Official Protection Under The General Rental Regime.The Object Of This Public Competition, Through A Public Competition, Is The Establishment Of A Private Use Concession, With An Onerous Character, In Favor Of The Entity/Entities That Are Successful In The Competition Regarding Two Plots Of Land Owned By Barcelona City Council, With The Purpose Of Allocating Them To The Promotion, Construction And Management Of Residential Buildings With Official Protection Under The General Regime Of Rental Specifically, This Public Tender Includes The Following Main Benefits: The Establishment Of Private Use Concessions In Favor Of The Winners Of This Tender For An Initial Period Of 50 Years, Expressly Extendable For An Additional Period Of 25 More Years, Without The Total Duration Of The Concession Exceeding 75 Years; The Promotion By The Adjudicators Of Residential Buildings On The Plots; Conservation, Including Maintenance Investments Called Capex, Management And Operation By The Tenderers Of The Residential Buildings To Be Constructed; The Lease Transfer Of The Houses Built By The Successful Bidders, As Holders Of The Concessions Resulting From This Tender, For The Use Of Housing As The Habitual And Permanent Residence Of The Lessees; The Reversal Of The Buildings Built To The Owner Of The Land When The Concessions Expiry Ends, Which Will Extinguish Automatically Once Their Term Has Expired.
