Service Contract Of Power Of Attorney For Retirement Of Granollers And Its Dependents.The Object Of The Contract Is The Attorneys Service For The Representation Of The Town Council Of Granollers And All Its Dependent Entities, Both Under Public Law And Under Private Law, In Any Procedure Under The Terms Of Article 543 Of Organic Law 6/1985 Of The Judiciary; Also Develop The Other Functions And Competencies Provided For In The General Statute Of Attorneys Of The Courts Of Spain, Approved By Royal Decree 1281/2002, And The Rest Of Applicable Legislation. Excluded From The Contract: A) Attorney Service In Civil And Commercial Judicial Procedures Derived From Collection Actions For The Collection Of Debts With The Municipal Treasury. B) Attorney Services Included In A Complementary Way In Other Contracts, Such As Those Of Insurance Policies With The Service Included Of Defense And Legal Representation.C) Judicial Procedures Which, Because Of Their Characteristics (Specialty, Complexity, Relationship With Other Resources, Reiteration, Or Other Justified Reasons) Require Specific Representation.
