Bids Are Invited For “Rental Service Of 23 Multifunctional Printer Equipment For Municipal Dependencies Of Lampa”

The Purpose Of This Process Is To Contract The Rental Service Of Twenty-Three (23) Black And White Multifunctional Printing Equipment, Of An Administrative Nature, Destined For Different Departments Of The Municipality Of Lampa, Including Installation, Configuration, Network Operation, Provision Of Supplies, Comprehensive Technical Support, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Temporary Replacement Of Equipment When Appropriate And Basic Training For Municipal Users. The Service Must Allow The Continuity Of The Institutional Printing, Photocopying And Scanning System, Modernizing The Municipal Printing Infrastructure And Ensuring Efficient Use Of Public Resources. The Offeror Must Consider In Its Proposal All The Costs Necessary For The Correct Implementation And Operation Of The Service Throughout The Contractual Period, Without The Offer Exceeding The Maximum Available Budget.
