Ife Nuk Kjeller Has An Option To Use The Agreement Before The Planned Business Transfer, Which Has A Provisional Date Of 1 January 2027. The Framework Agreement Will Help To Relieve The Organization In Periods Of High Workload And In The Event Of Vulnerability Related To Staffing. Nnd Will Carry Out A Business Transfer And Take Over Ife Nuk Kjeller With Around 200 Employees, So That The Supplier Market Must Be Able To Support A Business With Two Locations. The Framework Agreement Will Also Ensure Nnds Access To Services Where There Is A Need To Bring In Specialist Expertise Outside The Companys Own Core Competence. The Services Will Apply To Both Assignment-Based Deliveries And The Hiring Of Labour, Depending On Needs And The Agreements In Force With Union Representatives At All Times. There Will Be A Need For Both Individual Advisers/Consultants And Independent Teams, With The Possibility Of Both Hourly Deliveries And Fixed Price Deliveries. Nnd Currently Has A Framework Agreement With One Supplier Within Several Of The Specialist Areas. This Agreement Is About To Expire. It Is Planned To Enter Into Parallel Framework Agreements Where Call-Off Mechanisms Will Take Place Via Mini-Competitions.
