Guidelines For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Existing Protective Structure Is Located In The Basement Part Under The Gymnasium In The Building Of The 3Rd Secondary School In Toruń At Ul. Raszei 1, On Plot No. 57/21 From Precinct 59. The S1 Category Shelter Is Designed For 300 People. The Area Is Not Covered By A Spatial Development Plan. The Facility Is Not Under Conservation Protection.2) The Starting Material Is The Design Documentation Entitled: Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Protective Structure In The 3Rd Secondary School At Ul. Raszei 1, Prepared By Mahton Schrony Sp. Z O. O. From Bydgoszcz (Constituting An Annex To The Swz). 3) The Design Documentation Should Include, Among Others: Expansion Of The Facility With Main And Emergency Entrances/Exits Required By Regulations, An Air Intake, Construction Of Required Connections To The Shelter Along With Obtaining Arrangements With Network Operators And Obtaining Permission To Adapt The Shelter To Applicable Regulations.
