1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Roof Of The Primary School Building In Łęki Dukielskie. The Scope Of Works Includes, In Particular, The Complete Replacement Of The Existing Roof Covering, Including The Construction, Replacement Of Damaged Roof Truss Elements, New Sheet Metal Flashings And Replacement Of The Roof Drainage System.2. The Scope Of Modernization Also Includes The Renovation Of Existing Chimneys By Applying New Frost-Resistant Plaster And Chimney Cap Fittings. The Aim Of The Investment Is To: Remove Roof Leaks, Protect The Building Structure Against Moisture, Improve Safety Of Use, Extend The Buildings Service Life, Improve The Aesthetics Of The Facility, And Meet The Requirements Of The Construction Law. 3.
