The Subject Of The Order Is To Adapt The Existing Building To The Needs Of People With Disabilities By Building Two Ramps Next To The Building Of Primary School No. 4 In Ełk At Ul. Władysława Szafera 2. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active School Facility. The Building Is Not Under Conservation Protection.1.1. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Execution Of Demolition Works, Including Removal And Disposal, B) Execution Of Earthworks, C) Construction Of A Steel Structure Ramp For Disabled People At The Main Entrance, Along With The Construction Of New Balustrades, D) Construction Of A Ramp For Disabled People At The Side Entrance, Made Of Paving Stones On An Aggregate Base, Together With The Construction Of New Balustrades, E) Reconstruction Of The Existing External Stairs Together With Replacement Of External Cladding, F) Restoration Of Damaged Or Devastated Walls, Floors, Hardened Surfaces And Green Areas To Their Original Condition After Construction Works, G) Cleaning Up The Area After Construction Works, H) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In Two Copies (One Set In Paper Version, The Other Set In Digital Version On An External Data Carrier), Including, Among Others: - Statement Of The Construction Manager And Works Managers, - Test And Measurement Reports Carried Out During The Works, - Approvals And Certificates Of Incorporated Materials, - Other Documents Necessary To Obtain An Occupancy Permit.1.2. As Part Of The Offered Price, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Purchase Utilities (I.E. Electricity, Water) For The Duration Of The Construction Works, B) Obtain A Current Geodetic Map Showing The Actual Condition Of The Areas Infrastructure Due To Possible Built-In Underground Facilities Not Shown On The Attached Maps, C) Maintain And Protect The Geodetic Points Located In The Immediate Vicinity Against Damage, And In The Event Of Damage Or Collision, Restore Them In Accordance With The Relevant Regulations, D) Participate In Warranty Inspections Of The Facility Convened At The Request Of The Ordering Party During The Warranty Period - 2 Inspections Per Year Should Be Assumed.1.3.
