1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Called Construction Of A Field Device For Tourism And Recreation - A Viewing Platform On Plot No. 285/2 In Dukla. The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Wooden Viewing Platform Set On Reinforced Concrete Foundations Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development. The Investment Includes: • Construction Of A Wooden Viewing Platform, • Electrical Installation From The Junction Box To The Viewing Platform, • Construction Of A Paved Pedestrian Access From The Entrance To The Plot To The Viewing Platform, • Hardening The Area Under The Facility And Along The Pedestrian Route. The Designed Facility Will Be An Outdoor Device With A Wooden Structure, Placed On Reinforced Concrete Foundations, With A Paved Access Road. The Platform Will Have External Dimensions Of 5.3 × 5.3 M And A Total Height From The Ground Level Of 7.5 M. The Central Part Of The Facility Will Be A Periscope Shaft With Mirrors Placed Inside. The Stairs Leading To The Upper Level Of The Platform Will Be Located Around The Central Shaft. The Project Envisages The Construction Of Three Flights Of Stairs And Two Intermediate Landings With A Width Of 1.64 M. The Flights Of Stairs With A Usable Width Of 1.25 M Will Be Equipped With Wooden Handrails With A Height Of 1.10 M. All Wooden Elements Should Be Made Of C30 Class Larch Wood, Protected With Anti-Fungal, Anti-Moisture And Fire-Retardant Impregnations. Wooden Elements Should Be Connected To Concrete Foundations Using Steel Carpentry Connectors. The Foundations Should Be Made Of Xc2, C25/30 W8 Class Concrete. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of C27 Class Wood, Provided That A Positive Opinion Is Obtained From The Constructor Who Supervises The Project. The Main Entrance To The Platform Will Be Located On The South-West Side, And The Access To The Facility Will Be Made Of Stone Surface. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Legal Regulations And The Principles Of Construction Practice, Using Materials Approved For Use In Construction.2.
