The Subject Of The Order Are Maintenance Repairs On Culverts Located Along The Provincial Road No. 719 - Procedure No. 146/26.1) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Tender Documentation (Part Iii Of The Swz) And The Bills Of Quantities - Available For Illustrative Purposes Only (Part Iv Of The Swz). The Contractor Should Calculate The Value Of The Works Based On The Attached Tender Documentation And Bills Of Quantities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure, At Its Own Expense, Safe Road And Pedestrian Traffic Conditions In The Area Of Works Covered By The Contract On The Basis Of A Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of Construction Prepared By And At The Expense Of The Contractor.2) If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.3) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, European Assessments Technical Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Third Party Liability Insurance Policy For Damage Caused During The Performance Of The Contract To The Subject Matter Of The Contract And To Third Parties For The Entire Duration Of The Contract And For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 200,000.00. 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of The Current And Paid Policy Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Provided That Continuity Of Insurance Is Maintained, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Presenting Several Policies Confirming Possession Of Insurance (Oc) During The Term Of The Contract, Covering The Entire Period Of The Contract Implementation.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of Another Current And Paid Policy Within 7 Days From The Expiry Of The Previous Policy. If The Contractor Fails To Fulfill The Above Obligation, The Ordering Party Will Charge The Contractor Contractual Penalties For Delay In The Amount Specified In The Contract.3) In The Event Of Failure To Submit A Copy Of A Current And Paid Paid Insurance Policy (Oc) Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Have The Right To Withdraw From The Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor.
