Tenders Are Invited For Construction And Expansion Of A Street Lighting Cable Line In The Lubaczów Commune

12.1. The Subject Of This Order Is: Construction And Expansion Of A Street Lighting Cable Line In The Lubaczów Commune. As Part Of This Procedure, The Ordering Party Envisages The Use Of The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. As Part Of The Basic (Guaranteed) Order, The Following Works Are Planned: • Construction Of A Street Lighting Cable Line On The Municipal Road In The Town Of Hurcze In The Lubaczów Commune; • Construction Of A District Road Lighting Cable Line In The Town Of Basznia Górna. As Part Of The Optional Order, The Following Works Are Planned: • Reconstruction Of The Road In The Scope Of Construction Of Street Lighting In The Strip Of The District Road No. 1681R In The Town Of Karolówka Street Wspólna In The Lubaczów Commune; • Reconstruction Of The Power Supply For The Internal Installation In The Railway Gallery In Basznia Dolna. The Scope Of Construction Works Planned To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Is Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Basic Scope And Optional Scope). The Condition For The Ordering Party To Exercise The Option Right Will Be To Have Financial Resources For The Order Covered By The Option Right Resulting, Among Others, From: From Achieving Savings In The Tender Procedure And From Obtaining Additional Financial Resources. The Condition For The Ordering Party To Activate The Option Right Is To Submit A Written Declaration Of Will To Exercise The Option Right. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. The Ordering Party Informs That The Deadline For Completing The Optional Order Is The Same As The Deadline For Completing The Basic (Guaranteed) Order, Specified In Point 14 Of This Tor. Therefore, The Exercise Of The Option Right, I.E. The Submission Of The Declaration Referred To Above, Will Take Place No Later Than 30 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. After This Deadline, The Ordering Party Will Not Be Able To Exercise The Option Right, Unless The Order Completion Deadline Is Extended Based On The Conditions Arising From The Provisions Of Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Draft Contractual Provisions. In This Case, The Deadline For Submitting A Declaration On Exercising The Option Right Will Be Extended By The Period Resulting From The Extension Of The Order Execution Deadline. The Provisions Of The Tor Relating To The Guaranteed (Basic) Part Of The Subject Of The Order Shall Apply Accordingly To The Part Covered By The Option Right.12.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex 8 To The Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
