Tenders Are Invited For Bicycle Roads In The City Of Jelenia Góra - Module Iii (Design And Build Order)

The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Sidewalk Into A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route Along Ul. Rataja, Section From The Intersection Of Ul. Zjednoczenia Narodowy/Sobieszowska To Ul. Wit Stwosz Intended, Among Others, To Handle Bicycle Traffic In Jelenia Góra - Order In The Design And Build Formula. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes Two Stages Of The Order: 1) Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Together With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Requiring The Implementation Of Construction Works Required By Law. 2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works, Based On The Developed Design Documentation Referred To In Stage I. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Volume Iii Of The Terms Of Reference, Including Appendices. The Planned Date Of Execution Of The Order Is Set At 20 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract (Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of Construction Works), Taking Into Account That: 1) Within 14 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Complete Design Documentation And Obtain The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of The Design Documentation And Commencement Of Construction Works; 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Execution At Least 7 Days Before The Date Indicated In Sentence 1 Construction Works And Notify The Ordering Party In Writing Of Readiness For Final Acceptance. The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Sustainable Urban Mobility In The Jelenia Góra Agglomeration. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Sustainable Urban Mobility In The Jelenia Góra Agglomeration Fenx.03.01-Ip.02-0021/24 Under Action Fenx.03.01 Urban Transport Priority Fenx.03 Urban Transport Of The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Program 2021-2027.
