The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of An Investment Task Called: Construction Works In The Provincial Crisis Management Center Of The Lubuskie Voivodeship Office In Gorzów Wielkopolski At Ul. Jagiellończyka 8. 2. The Works Will Cover The 2Nd Floor Of The Building Belonging To The Lubuskie Voivodship Office In Gorzów Wlkp. Located At Ul. Kazimierza Jagiellończyka 8, I.E. Provincial Crisis Management Center.3. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Perform Construction Works On The Premises Of The Wczk, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Of November 28, 2025 Entitled Design Documentation Regarding The Renovation, Arrangement And Equipment Of The Premises Of The Provincial Crisis Management Center At Ul. K. Jagiellończyka 8 In Gorzów Wielkopolski, Which Meets The Requirements Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 In The Field Of Construction Law. Art. 34 Section 3D Point 3 And The Implementation Of Soundproofing And Wall Panels Described In The Part Of The Design Documentation Regarding The Equipment Of The Rooms (Design Documentation, Technical Description Of The Equipment, Item 3.4). The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Delivery Of Furniture.4. The Design Documentation Specifies The Type, Scope And Method Of Performing Construction Works.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 6. When Carrying Out Construction Works, The Need For Continuous And Uninterrupted Operation Of The Provincial Crisis Management Center And Dividing The Scope Of Work Into Stages Should Be Taken Into Account In Consultation With The Ordering Party.7. All Materials And Devices Marked In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works With A Trademark, Patent Or Origin Or Precise Dimension Should Be Treated As A Description Of The Reference Product. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products That Will Have At Least The Features And Parameters Or Technological, Quality And Functional Expectations Consistent With The Description In The Technical Documentation Accompanying The Reference Product, Subject To Visual Compliance And 5% Dimensional Tolerance. 8. If The Technical Documentation Describes The Subject Of The Contract Using Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Contractor May Then, Using Documents Other Than Certificates Of Conformity, Demonstrate That The Product He Offers Meets The Requirements Arising From Standards Or Relevant Technical Specifications.9. The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have Civil Liability Insurance For Its Business Activities Covering The Period Of Implementation And The Value Of The Order. 10. The Ordering Party Requires That The Service Offered, Including A
