The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Renovation Of Municipal Roads In The Scope Of Pedestrian Routes In The Kolejarz-Prochowa Housing Estate In The City Of Chojnice - Stage I.2. Note: The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Cover A Wider Scope Of Work Than That Which Is The Subject Of This Procedure. The Order In Question Covers A Separate Scope Of Construction Works To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Task. The Scope Of Construction Works To Be Carried Out Under This Order Includes Only The Indicated Streets: 1) Błękitna Armii - Approx. 180 M, 2) Jedności - Approx. 175 M, 3) Władysława Jagiełło - Approx. 220 M, 4) Wojska Polskiego - Approx. 450 M, 5) Zygmunta Augusta - Approx. 185 M. The Remaining Streets Covered By The Study Are Planned To Be Renovated In Under Stage Ii.3. Investment Location: The Construction Project Is Located In The Kolejarz-Prochowa Estate In Chojnice, In The Road Lanes Of Municipal Roads. 4. The Order Provides For The Construction Of New Sidewalk Surfaces Along With The Renovation Of Exits Located Along Them, As Well As The Replacement Of Degraded Curbs And Edges With New Ones. 5. Road Renovation Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Notification Of Construction Or Other Construction Works Of November 13, 2025, To Which No Objection Was Raised (Letter Reference Number Ab.6743.886.2025).6. The Minimum Warranty Period That The Contractor Will Provide For The Construction Works Performed, Including Materials And Equipment, Is At Least 3 Years.7.
