1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Western Courtyard Along With The Renovation Of The Garage Building On The Premises Of The District Court In Warsaw At Al. Solidarności 127 In Warsaw.2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Annexes To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Include: Design Documentation For The Renovation In Question (Land Development Design, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb), Decision Of The Capital Conservator Of Monuments No. Kz-Iau.4120.993.2025.Mdy Of January 12, 2026, Decision Mayor Of The Capital City Warszawy No. 43/Wol/Pb/2026 Of April 28, 2026 On The Construction Permit And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Additional Assumptions And Guidelines Of The Ordering Party.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Completed Within 8 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. Pursuant To Art. 112 Of The Civil Code, A Period Specified In Months Ends On The Expiry Of The Day Whose Name Or Date Corresponds To The Initial Day Of The Period, And If There Was No Such Day In The Last Month - On The Last Day Of That Month.4. The Ordering Party, In Connection With The Content Of Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, Informs That It Requires Persons Performing Physical Work In The Scope Of Construction Works To Be Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract, Because The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). Due To The Above, All Employees Performing Manual Work Must Be Employed In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements Under An Employment Contract No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Contract.
