Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of 1 Piece Of Brand New Light Rescue And Firefighting Vehicle

1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Delivery Includes 1 Piece Of A Brand New Light Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle.2) A Detailed List Of Technical Parameters And Required Equipment As Well As Other Requirements For The Car Are Specified In Annex A To This Terms Of Reference, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz.3) The Contractor, Together With The Car, Must Provide: A) An Approval Certificate Or An Ec Certificate Of Conformity, B) A Service Book, C) A Vehicle Operating Manual In English. Polish4) The Car Will Be Handed Over At The Registered Office, I.E. The Contractors Showroom, Along With The Acceptance Protocol. The Car Will Be Collected By A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party.5) The Contractor Must Present A Warranty For The Delivered Car At The Latest At The Time Of Signing The Contract, Which Is Valid From The Date Of Collection.6) The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Equivalent Solutions For Materials And Systems That Meet Applicable Standards And Requirements. The Ordering Party Reserves That Wherever Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Devices Or Materials Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, They Should Be Treated Only As Proposals. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor. The Ordering Party Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Therefore, It Is Allowed To Propose In The Offer Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Parameters Of The Indicated Standard Define The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Conditions To Be Met By The Subject Of The Order. The Offer May Include Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. From Other Brands And Manufacturers, But With Technical, Quality Parameters And Performance And Functional Properties Corresponding To The Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Described In The Swz. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove That The Applied Equivalent Solutions Will Allow To Achieve All Technical Assumptions For The Subject Of The Order, Taking Into Account The Entire Task, And Not A Selected Part Of The Task. The Burden Of Proving That The Material Or Device Is Equivalent To The Requirement Specified By The Ordering Party Rests With The Contractor. If The Materials And/Or Equipment Offered By The Contractor As Equivalent Are Not Equivalent In The Light Of The Documents Submitted By The Contractor, The Contractors Offer Will Be Rejected As Not Corresponding To The Content Of The Swz.
