Tenders Are Invited For Removal And Disposal Of Materials Containing Asbestos From The Łagów Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Waste Containing Asbestos In The Łagów Commune In 2026, Carried Out On Farms Only For The Beneficiaries To Whom The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture Paid And Settled Funds For The Implementation Of The Project Under Investment A1.4.1. Covered By The National Resilience Recovery Plan. Under The National Program For Financing The Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos For Part 2) Projects In The Field Of Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos-Containing Waste Carried Out On Farms. 1) The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos-Containing Materials Lying On Properties In An Estimated Amount Of Approximately 352 Mg. B) The Quantities Indicated In Point 1 Are The Quantities Declared By Residents And Confirmed In Applications For Asbestos Collection. After Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Will Receive From The Ordering Party A List Of Properties With Specified Amounts Of Asbestos-Containing Waste From Which Asbestos-Containing Products Will Be Collected, With The Ordering Party Stipulating That The Above-Mentioned List May Change During The Implementation Of The Task. C) After Receiving From The Commune A List Of Properties In The Łagów Commune, The Contractor, In The Presence Of The Person Who Has The Right To The Property, Measures The Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Waste; D) The Contractor Notifies The Ordering Party About The Date Of Completion Of The Works. Sufficiently In Advance To Enable Its Representative To Participate In Inspection Activities. E) The Contractor Acknowledges That The Estimated Amount Of Waste May Change During The Execution Of The Order. F) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Material Scope, However, By No Less Than 50% Of The Indicated Quantities. G) After Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Will Receive From The Ordering Party A List Of Properties With Specified Amounts Of Asbestos-Containing Waste From Which Asbestos-Containing Products Will Be Collected. H) Note: The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Asbestos-Containing Waste Only From The Properties And In The Quantities Indicated In The List Provided By The Ordering Party. The Amounts Indicated In The List Correspond To The Amounts Of Waste Reported By Property Owners And Settled By The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture As Part Of The Implemented Program. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Collect Waste In An Amount Exceeding The Amount Indicated For A Given Property In The List, Even If The Property Owner Declares Readiness To Transfer A Larger Amount Of Waste. Waste Collected In Excess Of The Quantities Specified In The List Will Not Constitute The Subject Of The Order And Is Not Subject To Settlement Or Payment By The Ordering Party. The Risk Of Collecting Waste In Quantities Exceeding The Amounts Indicated In The List Is Borne Solely By The Contractor.
