The Ordering Party Assumes That The Transport Of Children Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Routes Developed Below: Route I. Zagórze - Zaskale - Kamionki And Return Via The Same Route. The Transport Will Include The Morning Transport Of Kindergarten Children And Children From Grades I-Viii To School. In Łaczna At 8.00 And Transport Of Children Along The Same Route - 3 Trips - From 1.50 P.M. To 3.35 P.M. Departure Is Planned At Approx. 7.10 From Stop No. 1 In Zagórze (Near The Poultry Plant). Route Ii. Klonów (Community Center) - Gózd (School) - Zalezianka - Wystawa - Gózd (School) - Kamionki (School) 8.00 (Departure From Klonów Approx. 7.10) And B/ Two Drop-Offs Of Children At 1.50 P.M. - 3.35 P.M. From The School In Głosna To Klonów, Picking Up Children From The School In Goździe Along The Way.1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree On The Detailed Arrival And Departure Times With The Directors Of The Institutions.2) During Transport And Getting On And Off The Vehicles, The Ordering Party Provides Care For The Students.3) The Vehicles Must Be Technically Efficient. It Is Unacceptable, For Example, For Exhaust Gases And Other Unpleasant Odors From The Running Engine Or Other Vehicle Components To Enter The Interior Of The Vehicle, Or For Oil Or Fuel To Leak Out.4) Vehicles Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Act Of June 20, 1997. On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502): A) The Ordering Party Allows, As Part Of The Service Provided, To Change The Means Of Transport To A Bus, In Justified Cases Or Periods In Which The Number Of Transported Children Allows It - Assuming That Each Transported Child Has A Secured Seat In The Vehicle, B) The Decision To Change The Means Of Transport Referred To In Point A) Is Made By The Ordering Party With The Consent Of The Director Schools - Based On The Opinions Of Employees Providing Care For Children During The Service, C) In The Case Of School Celebrations Such As The Beginning And End Of Educational Activities (School Events Such As Christmas Tree Parties, Etc.), The Contractor Is Always Obliged To Transport On These Days By Large Buses With At Least 40 Seats.
