The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services For Children And Young People From Stops Designated By The Ordering Party To The Primary School In Babice, The Primary School In Bachów And The School Complex In Krzywcza, As Well As Their Return After The End Of Classes, Based On Issued Monthly Tickets. The Service Will Be Provided In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027, On School Days, In Accordance With The Agreed Routes, Timetables And Organization Of Classes In Individual Educational Institutions. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide All Transported Students With Seats, Safe And Operational Vehicles, And In The Event Of A Breakdown - To Immediately Provide A Replacement Vehicle. The Routes, Number Of Students, Number Of Courses And Delivery And Drop-Off Times Are Forecast And May Change During The Execution Of The Order, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Organization Of Work Of Schools. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order, Including Routes, List Of Stops, Estimated Number Of Transported Children And Youth, Requirements Regarding The Organization Of Transport, Vehicles And Rules Issuing Monthly Tickets, Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. The Provisions Of The Swz, The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract Should Be Interpreted Together, Taking Into Account The Purpose Of The Order And Applicable Legal Provisions.
