1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization And Service Of A Two-Day Promotional And Integration Event Entitled Kercelak 2026. The Event Will Take Place On: September 12-13, 2026, From 12:00 To 21:00 In An Open Area Along Chłodna Street In Warsaw.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope And Method And Requirements/Conditions For The Execution Of The Order, As Well As The Quality Standards Of The Order, Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz And The Document Entitled Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template.3. Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Divided The Order Related To Comprehensive Event Organization Services Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. This Proceeding Concerns One Of The Above-Mentioned Parts Of The Order.4. Pursuant To § 4 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide: Throughout The Period Of Execution Of The Contract, Insurance Coverage In The Field Of Civil Liability Insurance For The Activities Conducted By The Contractor In The Amount Of Min. Pln 500,000.00 (Say: Five Hundred Thousand Zlotys 00/100), 5. The Ordering Party Informs That It Intends To Allocate The Gross Amount Of Pln 322,260.00 To Finance The Contract.6. Subcontractors: All Regulations And Requirements Regarding Subcontracting Were Included By The Ordering Party In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.7. The Order Must Be Completed Within 7 Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Provided That The Event Will Be Carried Out On September 12-13, 2026.
