1) The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New 60 Computers With Keyboards And Mice. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Delivered To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party.2) The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz) And The Contractors Offer - Which Will Constitute An Integral Part Of The Contract. 3) The Subject Of The Contract Is To Be Brand New And Sold Through The Legal Distribution Channel Of The Equipment Manufacturer And Must Be Intended For The Polish Market Or The Markets Of Many Countries, Including The Polish Market. 4) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Any Interference Outside The Manufacturer Or An Authorized Service Of The Equipment Manufacturer In The Delivered Equipment Before Its Delivery To The Ordering Party, If This Is Required In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
