A Detailed Description Of The Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached: Annex No. 4 To Swz - Sopz. 3. If The Documentation Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Certain Materials And Devices, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Article 99(5) Of The Act, Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Products. Any Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Sample Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Specify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution. When Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party, While Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product, Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Each Product With The Indicated Parameters Or Better. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents (Along With The Offer) Confirming These Materials Or Devices. They Will Be Subject To Assessment By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be The Basis For The Ordering Partys Decision On Acceptance Equivalents. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Ask The Author Of The Design Documentation For An Opinion On The Offered Materials Or Devices. If The Contractor Does Not Submit Documents Regarding The Use Of Other Materials And Devices, It Is Understood That The Materials And Devices Proposed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Were Included In The Calculation Of The Offer Price.4. When Describing The Subject Of The Contract In The Attached Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And References To Each Such Description Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 5.
