The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of An Itdr Class System For The Entire Active Directory Environment Of The Ordering Party, With Sensors Installed On Domain Controllers And With The Soc 24/7 Service, And Not Only As A Tool For Monitoring A Single Domain Controller. The Above Applies To All Activities And Services In The Field Of Identity Protection, Audit, Detection, Prevention And Handling Of Identity Incidents, As Defined By Opz. The System Must Be A Dedicated Solution For Identity Protection And Authentication In Active Directory, Operating Independently Of Endpoint Protection Systems (Edr/Xdr). Solutions That Require The Implementation Of The Edr/Xdr Module As A Necessary Condition To Enable The Identity Protection Function Are Not Allowed. The System Must Provide Protection In At Least Three Layers: - Layer 1: Continuous Active Directory Security Audit With Risk Assessment Per Account - Layer 2: Real-Time Identity Threat Detection (Itdr) - Layer 3: Active Prevention - Conditional Access Policies With Enforcement Of Multi-Factor Authentication (Mfa) - Provision Of System Licenses For 310 Active Identities Along With Support For A Period Of 24 Months - Implementation And Configuration Of The System On The Ordering Partys Domain Controllers - Service Soc 24/7 - Monitoring And Handling Of Identity Incidents For The Duration Of The License - Training Of The Ordering Partys It Administrator In How To Use The System.
