In The Event That Devices Equivalent Or Of Better Quality Are Used And Exceed The Dimensions Indicated In The Design, A Development Concept Must Be Submitted With The Offer As Proof That The Selected Devices Fit In The Locations Specified In The Design. The Parameters Provided, Including Dimensions, Describing Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Constitute The Output Data. The Ordering Party Allows A Tolerance Of ± 10 Cm. The Materials Provided And Used By The Contractor Should Meet The Quality Requirements For Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2026, Item 524, As Amended). Additionally, The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be In Accordance With All Legal Acts Applicable To The Subject Of The Order, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Standards And Guidelines.
