The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of Services Including The Organization And Conduct Of The 16Th Kuyavian-Pomeranian Social Economy Forum And Accompanying Events Carried Out As Part Of The October - Social Economy Month Initiative: 1) Providing Staff To Handle The Event; 2) Providing At Least 1 Foreign Expert In The Area Of The European Social Economy; 3) Providing A Presenter - A Person Leading The Plenary Part Of The Forum; 4) Providing Simultaneous Foreign Language Interpreters; 5) Providing Min. 150 Individual Headsets For Receiving Translations And Support;6) Providing Polish Sign Language Interpreters (Pjm);7) Contracting Moderators, Experts, Speakers And An Inspirational Speaker And Covering The Costs Of Their Remuneration;8) Providing Comprehensive Support For The Plenary Part Of The Forum In Terms Of Video And Sound;9) Carrying Out Activities Aimed At Promoting The Event In The Media (Press, Radio, Television) And Social Media;10) Ensuring Comprehensive Organization Of The Exhibition Part Of The Forum;11) Providing Accompanying Events;12) Providing Identification And Promotional Activities For The Event;13) Providing Staff To Handle The Event;14) Providing Technical Support For The Event;15) Providing Comprehensive Catering Services;16) Providing Support For People With Special Needs, Especially Those With Mobility Disabilities, In Freely Participating In The Event17) Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In Annex No. 1 To Swz.
