All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of One hundred thousand Rwandan francs (100,000 Rwf) Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Internal Tender committee Secretary. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the front secretariat offices at RWAMREC office located in Gasabo District, Kimironko Sector, no later than 4th August 2026 at 10:00 AM local time.
