Bids Are Invited For Llbc Afrrcs Radio Equipment, Programming, Deployment & Support

Lac La Biche County Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Proponents For The Supply, Configuration, Afrrcs Programming, Deployment, Installation, Documentation, Training Support And Ongoing Radio-Related Services Required To Transition County Users To The Alberta First Responders Radio Communications System. The County Currently Uses Vhf Radio Infrastructure And Is Modernizing Radio Communications To Improve Reliability, Interoperability And Operational Coordination Across Departments. The Preferred Outcome Is A Standardized, Supportable Fleet Of Afrrcs-Capable Portable And Mobile Radios With Suitable Accessories, Programming, Inventory Handoff And Deployment Support. The County Will Consider Approved Equivalent Products Where They Meet The Mandatory Requirements In This Rfp, Are Permitted For Use On Afrrcs, And Can Meet The County’S Standardization, Operational And Support Requirements.
