The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Smr Of A Site: Improvement Of Upi I-9631, Quarter 70 According To The Plan Of The Town Of Isperih. The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Investment Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut, As Well As For Those Resulting From Art. 178 Of The Zut, As Well As Other Applicable Provisions Of The Current Legislation. The Construction Supervision Is Carried Out Within The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Zut, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of 02/05/2015 On The Conditions And Procedure For Placing Construction Products In The Constructions Of The Republic Of Bulgaria.
