Delivery Of Food Products For The Implementation Of The Project Hot Lunch In The Municipality Of Polski Trumbesh Under The Following Separate Item No. 1 Bread, Bakery Products, Flour; Separate Position No. 2 Meat And Meat Products, Fish, Milk And Milk Products; Separate Item No. 3 Fresh Fruits And Vegetables, Canned Fruit And Vegetables Separate Item No. 4 Packaged Grocery Goods And Other Packaged Goods. The Types Of Food Products That Will Be Supplied Under This Public Procurement Are Defined In The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation For Participation In The Procurement. The Food Products Should Be Supplied According To The Conditions Described In The Technical Specification And The Draft Contract In This Documentation. The Quantities Of Food Products Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Approximate. It May Be Necessary To Deliver A Larger Quantity Of Food Products Or Not To Deliver Up To The Amount Specified. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Change Them (Increase Or Decrease) According To The Needs, And The Execution Will Be Carried Out According To The Quantities Specified In Specific Requests. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Exclude Agreed Products Depending On The Needs In Case Of Changes To The Regulations And Prescriptions. The Final Price At Which Payment Is Made Will Be Determined Based On The Unit Prices Specified In The Offer Of The Contractor, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Concluded Contract, And The Quantities Actually Delivered Or Changed In Accordance With The Conditions Stipulated In The Contract.
