The City Of Richmond(The “City”)Invites Submissions From Qualified Engineering Consulting Firms For Prequalification To Provide Consulting Services, On An As-Needed Basis For Various Civil, Diking And Flood Protection, Drainage Pump Station And Sanitary Pump Station Projects, As Described In Appendix 1 – Services Attached Hereto (The “Services”). The City Is Issuing This Request For Prequalification (“Rfpq”) To Invite Interested And Qualified Parties To Pre-Qualify To Participate In A Subsequent Request For Proposals Or Other Procurement Process For The Services.The Prequalification List Established By The Rfpq Will Be In Effect For A Three (3) Year Term, Commencing On January 1, 2027, And Expiring On December 31, 2029.
