The Douglas College Invites Responses From Qualified And Experienced Respondents For The Purpose Of Establishing A Shortlist Of Qualified Respondents Eligible To Receive An Invitation To A Subsequent Solicitation For The Dcnw Cooling Tower Upgrade Project At Douglas Colleges New Westminster Campus. This Rfpq Is A Pre-Qualification Process Only. It Is Not A Tender Call, Does Not Request Pricing, And Does Not Create A Contractual Relationship Between The Owner And Any Respondent. The Owner Is Conducting This Pre-Qualification Because The Contemplated Work Involves The Replacement And Upgrade Of Critical Campus Infrastructure Within An Active Post-Secondary Environment, Requiring Specialized Expertise, Coordination, And Experience Delivering Similar Institutional Projects.
