The Order Is Co-Financed Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025/2026.3. The Investment Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) The Scope Of Design Works Includes In Particular: A) Development Of A Land Development Project (Pzt), B) Development Of An Architectural And Construction Project (Pab), C) Development Of A Technical Project (Pt), D) Development Of Full-Sector Detailed Designs And Specifications (Stwiorb); E) Development Of Detailed Bills Of Quantities For Each Industry (Construction, Construction, Road, Sanitary And Electrical Installations) As An Auxiliary Element Illustrating The Expected Scope In-Kind, F) Preparation Of A List Of Task Costs (Table Of Settlement Elements) And A Detailed Cost Estimate Facilitating Possible Partial Invoicing And Assessment Of The Progress Of Work By The Supervision Inspector, Broken Down By Industry, Prepared Using The Detailed Calculation Method. These Documents Serve Only For Information And Settlement Purposes And In No Case Do They Change The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration Agreed In The Contract. G) Obtaining All Necessary Decisions, Consents And Arrangements, All Of The Above. Studies Should Be Delivered In Paper Form - At Least Two Copies For The Ordering Party.
