The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of External And Internal Central Heating And Hot Water Installations, Powered By A Dual-Function Heating Station Equipped With Hot Utility Water Meters And Heat Meters, Along With The Adaptation Of The Basement Room Into A Heating Center Room, Insulating The Ceiling Above The Top Floor And Replacing The External Door To The Staircase In The Outbuilding Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With Commercial Premises On The Ground Floor, Located At Ul. Noniewicza 87 In Suwałki, On Plot No. 11494/3, Owned By The Suwałki Commune.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.3. The Detailed Subject Of The Order Was Described In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.4. The Bills Of Quantities Are Only An Auxiliary Document That The Contractor May Use, But Is Not Obliged To Do So.5. The Ordering Party Informs That As Of The Date Of Initiation Of The Procedure, It Is In The Process Of Obtaining A Building Permit Decision.6. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Applicable Technical Conditions And Regulations.7. Required Quality And Warranty Period, Counting From The Date Of The Final Protocol Acceptance Of The Works: 1) Minimum 36 Months, Maximum 60 Months. 2) In Accordance With The Manufacturers Warranty Cards For The Installed Machines And Devices, But Not Less Than 24 Months. 8. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, In The Place Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor. In The Case Of Description Using Standards, Equivalent Solutions Are Those That Ensure Compliance With The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Standard At A Level Not Worse Than That Described In The Relevant Standards. In The Case Of Standards Referred To In The Swz (Unless Specified In Detail), Current Standards Are Understood. In Other Cases (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Using Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems), A Product, Material Or System With Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Mentioned In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Considered Equivalent. 9.
