The Subject Of The Order Includes The Renovation Of Building No. 36 In Drogosze In The Barciany Commune In The Design And Build System In The Following Scope: 1) Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Permits, Including The Decision On The Building Permit, I.E.: A) Development Of A Construction Design, Executive Designs, Information On Health And Safety, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities And Investors Cost Estimate And Other Studies Necessary To Obtain Formal And Legal Documents Necessary When Issuing A Decision On A Building Permit, Hereinafter Referred To As Design Documentation In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, B) Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes And All Legally Required Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Contractor To Apply On Behalf Of The Ordering Party To The Competent Authority For Issuing A Decision On A Building Permit Along With Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, C) Carrying Out Authors Supervision By The Authors Of The Construction Design And Detailed Designs During The Execution Of The Works, 2) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation, Including In Particular: A) Replacement Of The Roof Covering Together With Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes, B) Replacement Of Formwork And Roof Battens, C) Replacement And Repair Of Damaged Elements Of The Roof Structure, D) Replacement And Renovation Of Damaged Ceiling Beams Functionally And Structurally Related To The Roof Structure, E) Impregnation Of The Wooden Structure Roof,F) Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System,G) Renovation Of Chimneys Above The Roof,3) Preparation Of Complete As-Built Documentation.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz Is Treated Only As Illustrative Material And Does Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 103 Pzp.3.
