Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Canned And Pasteurized Food Products To Feeding Points Of Uzdrowisko Kołobrzeg S.A. In Kołobrzeg

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery To The Contracting Partys Feeding Points Located In The City Of Kołobrzeg Of: Canned And Pasteurized Food Products Specified In The Assortment And Quantity System In Annex No. 1 To This Specification.2. The Delivered Items Should Be Of High Quality, Within The Appropriate Shelf Life And In Accordance With The Ordered Quantity And Delivery Date. The Goods Should Be Packed In Large Collective Packaging, Appropriate To The Type Of Product, Without Damage, Suitable From The Point Of View Of Hygiene And Health Safety Of Food And Closed.3. Each Delivered Batch Of Products Will Be Traceable. In Terms Of Traceability, The Ordering Party Will Require A Product Certificate To Be Attached To Each Delivery, According To The Production Batch. The Packaging Of The Delivered Products Should Have The Markings Referred To In Art. 48 And 49 Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws No. 171, Item 1225), At Least: - Name Of The Product, - Name Of The Manufacturer, - Weight Of The Packaging Content, - Expiration Date Or Storage Period, - Storage Conditions, - Identification Of The Product Batch.4. The Shelf Life Of A Given Product Cannot Expire Earlier Than 60 Days From The Date Of Delivery.5. The Quantities Of Ordered Goods Given In The List Of Items Are Not Final And May Vary Depending On The Customers Needs Up To 10% Of The Order. 6. Delivery Includes Transport Services And Unloading At The Ordering Party.7. The Given Quantity Of Ordered Food Products Is Not The Final Quantity And May Vary Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, The Total Value Of Changes Is Less Than The Amounts Specified In The Regulations Issued Pursuant To Art. 11 Section 8 And Is Less Than 10% Of The Order Value Originally Specified In The Contract, If Necessary On The Part Of The Ordering Party, While Maintaining The Unit Prices (Discounts) Given By The Contractor In The Offer. The Ordering Party Made An Estimate Based On The Number Of Guests In 2025 And Planned In 2026. The Demand For Food Supplies May Change If The Number Of Hotel Guests Changes, Including Commercial And Treatment Guests With A Referral From The National Health Fund. The Contractors Remuneration Will Depend On The Number Of Deliveries Actually Made. Changes Will Be Made In The Form Of A Written Annex.
