The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Two Tasks Within One Order: 1) Task No. 1 - Construction Of A Pitch With An Artificial Grass Surface On Plots No. 7921 And 5966/47 In Grzechynia (Task Co-Financed From The Budget Of The Małopolska Voivodeship). The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: A) Construction Of A Pitch With An Artificial Grass Surface, B) Construction Of Lighting, C) Construction Of Ball Catchers, D) Delivery And Installation Of Sports Equipment, E) Execution Of Accompanying Works Resulting From The Design Documentation. 2) Task No. 2 - Modernization Of The Multi-Purpose Sports Field By Replacing The Synthetic Surface With A Polyurethane Surface On Plot No. 7922 In Grzechynia (Task Co-Financed By The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism). The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: A) Demolition Of The Existing Synthetic Surface, B) Construction Of A Polyurethane Surface, C) Construction Of Small Architecture Facilities, D) Delivery And Installation Of Sports Equipment, E) Delivery And Installation Of Stands Bicycles, F) Performance Of Accompanying Works Resulting From The Design Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Both Tasks Under One Order And One Contract. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design And Technical Documentation Constituting Annexes No. 3.1 And 3.2 To The Swz, Including Construction And Executive Designs, Stwiorb And Bills Of Quantities.
