The Detailed Scope And Manner Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement (Ipu) Constituting An Annex To The Swz And The Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Swz (Opz), Which Consists Of: 1) Design Documentation/Detailed Design 2) Bills Of Quantities; 3) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), Including Detailed Technical Specifications (Hereinafter Referred To As Sst).3. As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Preparatory, Auxiliary And Accompanying Works, Even If They Are Not Clearly Indicated In The Design Documentation Or Bill Of Quantities, But Are Necessary To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Regulations.4. The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Resulting From Incorrect Performance Of Work Or Improper Marking And Securing Of The Work Site.5. The Bill Of Quantities Provided Is An Auxiliary Document Specifying The Scope Of Works And Is Intended To Help Contractors Calculate The Offer Price, Therefore It Will Not Affect The Course Of The Construction Process Or The Amount Of The Contractual Remuneration Determined By The Lump-Sum Offer Price.
