The Subject Of The Order Is A Construction Work Titled: Green Areas As A Natural Retention Network In The City As Part Of The Investment Titled: Kbo - Green Corner - Creation Of A Pocket Park At Ul. Piłsudskiego, Which Includes The Following: 1) Preparation Of The Area (Exploration Of The Crown Of Trees With A Trunk Diameter Over 41 Cm, Removal Of Hard Bushes, Removal Of Soft Branches), 2) Dismantling Of Concrete Remains, 3) Construction Of A Path With A Permeable Surface, 4) Installation Of A Seat Module - Flower Pots - 2 Sets, 5) Installation Of A Waste Bin - 1 Pc, 6) Installation Of A Stand For Bicycles - 1 Pc.,7) Installation Of Birdhouses - 7 Pcs.,8) Installation Of Insect Boxes - 5 Pcs.,9) Installation Of An Information Board - 1 Pc.,10) Installation Of An Educational Board - 1 Pc.,11) Installation Of A Gate - 2 Pcs.12) Planting Perennials And Shrubs - Quantities According To The Design.2. The Investment Will Be Co-Financed From Eu Funds Under The Project Titled: Green Areas As A Natural Retention Matrix In The City Planned For Implementation Under Measure 2.11. Adaptation To Climate Change - Iti Outside The Metropolitan Area Fep 2021-2027 Fep 2021-2027.3. The Warranty Period For Construction Works Is 36 Months.4. During The Warranty Period, The Cost Of Consumables Resulting From The Required Inspections Is Covered By The Contractor.5. During The Execution Of The Works, The Standards For The Protection Of Trees And Other Forms Of Greenery Protection In The Investment Process Must Be Respected - Order No. 179/2025 Of The Mayor Of Kwidzyn Of February 6, 2025 On The Adoption And Implementation Of Greenery Protection Standards In Kwidzyn.6. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Care Of The Planted Vegetation For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works. The Contractor Undertakes To Take Care Of The Plants During The Warranty Period, Which Includes: Systematic Watering Of The Plants At Least Once A Week (In Periods Of Drought At Least 3 Times A Week), Replacing Withered And Damaged Plants, Supplementing The Bark With A 5 Cm Thick Layer, Weeding The Flower Beds, Pruning The Planted Plants In Accordance With The Art Of Gardening, Appropriate To The Species And To The Agreed Height (During The Care Period, Successive Corrections Of The Height Between Old And New Supplementary Plantings Should Be Made), Protection Against Plant Diseases And Pests, Winter Protection, Biomass Removal On The Day Of Treatment.7. The Employer Requires That The Modernization Works Are Consistent With The Dnsh Principle, In Particular That The Implementation Of Activities To Maximize The Rate (By Weight) Of Non-Hazardous Construction And Demolition Waste (Excluding Naturally Occurring Materials Referred To In Category 17 05 04 On The European List Of Waste Established By Decision 2000/532/Ec), Generated On The Construction Site, Possible For Reuse, Recycling And Other Recovery Of Materials, Taking Into Account Local Po
