Due To The Fact That The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Training Services Also Provided To Students Under 18 Years Of Age, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Standards For The Protection Of Minors Referred To In The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And The Protection Of Minors (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 110) Apply At The Place Of Implementation Of The Theoretical Classes. The Ordering Party Informs That The Assumptions The Policy For The Protection Of Minors And The Standards For The Protection Of Minors In Force At Zsht In Zakopane Are Available On The Schools Website Www.Zsht.Pl And At The School Office. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That All Persons Referred To Carry Out The Order: 1) Are Not Included In The Register Of Perpetrators Of Sexual Offenses, 2) Have Been Verified In Accordance With Applicable Law Before Being Allowed To Carry Out Classes, 3) Consents To The Verification Of The Person Referred In Accordance With Applicable Law. Provisions Of Law Before The Ordering Party Allows The Classes To Be Carried Out. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: 1) Ensure Compliance With The Standards For The Protection Of Minors In Force At The School And In Places Where Practical Classes Are Carried Out, 2) Familiarize The Persons Assigned To Carry Out The Order With The Standards For The Protection Of Minors And Oblige Them To Comply With Them Throughout The Entire Period Of The Order, 3) Ensure That These Persons Meet The Requirements Arising From Applicable Legal Provisions.
