Package 1: Purchase, Delivery, Implementation And Integration Of A Medical Documentation Digitization System As Part Of The Development Of Digital Services In Health Care. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Implementation Of A Medical Documentation Digitization System Along With The Supply Of Multifunctional Devices Enabling Document Scanning And Feeding Them Into The Electronic Medical Records (Edm) System. The System Is Intended To Enable The Digitization Of Archival And Current Medical Documentation Created In Paper Form And Recording Its Digital Version In The Edm Repository. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide And Implement Software For Digitizing Medical Records, Provide A Scanning System License, Deliver And Launch Multifunctional Devices, Integrate The Solution With The Ordering Partys His And Edm Systems, Configure And Launch The System And Provide Service Support. The Ordering Party Uses Amms (His) And Edm Systems From Asseco Poland. The Offered Solution Must Enable Integration With These Systems. The Contractor Will Provide Maintenance And Authors Supervision For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of The System.
