Tenders Are Invited For The Service Of Organizing The Final Competition Of The Xxix National Sports And Recreation Spartakiad Of Krus Employees.

I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Service Of Organizing The Final Sports Competitions Of The Xxix National Sports And Recreation Spartakiad Of Krus Employees Along With The Service Of Renting Premises In The Field Of Accommodation And Meals And The Rental Of Sports Facilities With Referee And Medical Services. Ii. Accommodation, Catering, Sports And Recreation Facilities Along With A Swimming Pool Must Be Located In One Area, Constituting A Closed Complex Under The Supervision Of 24-Hour Security, Along With Free Parking Lots For Coaches, Buses And Passenger Cars. The Sports Center/Complex Must Be Located In The Northern Part Of Poland, Away From Urban Centers. It Must Border On At Least One Side A Public Area Free From Development Intended For Recreation With Access To A Natural Water Reservoir. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Contract (Chapter Ii Swz). Iii. The Expected Number Of Competition Participants Is Approximately 270 People. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Final Number Of Spartakiada Participants May Change, Of Which The Contractor Will Be Notified No Later Than 14 Days Before The Planned Date Of The Spartakiada. Iv. The Competition Is Held In Accordance With The Regulations Constituting Annex 5 To The Contract. V. Requirements Regarding Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Based On The Employment Relationship Of Persons Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Contract Execution, Were Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract In §4 - Chapter Ii Swz.Vi. The Requirements For Verifying The Obligation To Employ Under An Employment Contract And The Resulting Sanctions Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
