Tenders are invited for Service Provider for the Provision of Recreational, Physical, Cognitive, And Psychosocial Support (Pss) Activities for Older People Closing Date: Friday, 24. Jul 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Health, Social & Cultural Development, Sports & Recreation The Lebanese Association of the Knights of Malta/ Order of Malta Lebanon has been operating in the health and social welfare sectors since 1957. It manages a network of 40 projects serving the most vulnerable populations, across the Lebanese territory including primary healthcare centers, mobile medical units, elderly day care centers, hosting centers for the differently abled and projects for the displaced and refugees as well as an agro-humanitarian program. Lebanon has been facing recurring socio-economic challenges that have significantly impacted the access of vulnerable populations to essential humanitarian and hygiene items. In order to support the beneficiaries served through its network of health and social facilities, Order of Malta Lebanon seeks to establish agreements with qualified suppliers for the provision of Family Hygiene Kits and Feminine Hygiene Kits, ensuring the timely and uninterrupted availability of these essential items. OML is implementing a community-based program aimed at enhancing the well-being, dignity, and social inclusion of older persons. Through Community Well-Being Centers, Warm Homes and outreach modalities, the program provides structured activities that address physical health, mental stimulation, and psychosocial needs of vulnerable older individuals. To support this intervention, OML seeks to contract a qualified Service Provider to design and implement a comprehensive package of recreational, physical, cognitive, and psychosocial support (PSS) activities.
