Refuse And Waste Related Services – Service Of Successive Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste Marked In The Waste Classification With The Code 20 01 10 – Clothing And 20 01 11 – Textiles. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is - On The Terms Described In The Contract To Be Concluded Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor, Swz And In The Contractors Offer - The Successive Transfer To The Contractor Of Waste Classified Under The Code 20 01 10 - Clothing And 20 01 11 Textiles. 2. Waste May Only Be Subjected To Recovery Processes From R1 To R12, In Accordance With The Designation Of These Processes In The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended)/Regulation (Eu) 2024/1157 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of April 11 2024 On Shipments Of Waste, Amending Regulations (Eu) No. 1257/2013 And (Eu) 2020/1056 And Repealing Regulation (Ec) No. 1013/2006 (Oj L 2024.1157), Whereby Subject To A Recovery Process Means The Initiation And Completion Of This Process. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Successive Transfer Of Waste Classified Under The Code 20 01 10 - Clothing And 20 01 11 - Textiles In An Amount Of 1000 Mg Separately Collected - But Not Less Than 400 Mg Of Waste Classified Under The Code 20 01 10 And Waste Classified Under The Code 20 01 11 (Minimum Benefit). 4. Waste Collection: 1) The Transfer And Collection Of Waste Will Take Place Only On The Basis And In Accordance With The Written [Form Under Pain Of Nullity] Individual Orders Of The Ordering Party Addressed To The Contractor And Delivered By E-Mail, Specifying The Amount Of Waste And The Date By Which The Ordering Party Expects Their Collection. 2) The Ordering Party Will Place Individual Orders When The Amount Of Waste Collected By Him To Be Collected In One Day Is At Least 16 Mg, 3) The Contractor Will Collect The Waste While Maintaining The Following Requirements Of The Technical Infrastructure At The Ordering Partys Plant: A) The Gross Weight Of A Single Vehicle Entering The Ordering Partys Plant (Empty Vehicle For Loading) Cannot Exceed 18 Tons, B) The Distances Between The Extreme Axles Of A Single Vehicle Cannot Exceed The Length Of 16 Meters, And The Length Of The Vehicle Will Not Exceed 18 M C) Loading Of Bulk Waste Takes Place From The Top 4) After Weighing The Vehicle Loaded With Waste, The Ordering Party Will Issue A Document Of Release From The Warehouse. 5) The Ordering Party Will Prepare A Waste Transfer Card [Kpo] Divided Into Codes 20 01 10 - Clothing And 20 01 11 - Textiles For Each Batch Of Waste Collected From Its Plant By The Contractors Transport. These Cards Will Be Issued In Accordance With The Waste Act. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Confirming By The Operator Of The Installation Where The Recovery Process Will Be Carried Out, The Weight And Type Of Waste Specified In Each Waste Transfer Card Issued By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Waste Act. 6) If The Shipment Of Waste Is International In Nature, Documents Specified In The Regulation (Eu) 2024/1157 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 11 April 2024 On Shipments Of Waste, Amended
