This Contract Is Part Of The Maintenance Of The Rail Networks (Metro - Rer) Operated By Ratp And Its Subsidiaries And In Ratp Buildings Over A Period Of 60 Months. This Is A Framework Agreement With Multi-Awarded Orders Comprising A Maximum Amount Of €7,762,600 Excluding Tax And A Minimum Amount Of €4,725,000 Excluding Tax Which Is Executed By Issuing A Delivery Or Service Order (Ols) Awarded As Follows: The Candidate Ranked First, After The Final Techno-Financial Analysis, Will Be Awarded 40% Of The Amount Of The Contract (Meaning 40% Of The Minimum Amount 1,890 000 € Excluding Tax And 40% Of The Maximum Amount €3,105,000 Excluding Tax); The Candidate Ranked Second, After The Final Technical-Financial Analysis, Will Be Awarded 30% Of The Amount Of The Contract (Meaning 30% Of The Minimum Amount €1,417,500 Excluding Tax And 30% Of The Maximum Amount €2,328,000 Excluding Tax); The Candidate Ranked Third, After The Final Technical-Financial Analysis, Will Be Awarded 30% Of The Amount Of The Contract (Meaning 30% Of The Minimum Amount €1,417,500 Excluding Tax And 30% Of The Maximum Amount €2,328,000 Excluding Tax); Nominal Operating Mode Of Ols: Sharing Of Ols Between The 3 Holders According To Distribution. This Management Will Be Managed By The Market Manager Respecting The Following Distribution: - Market Holder A: 40% Of The Maximum And Minimum Amounts Of The Market; - Contract Holder B: 30% Of The Maximum And Minimum Amounts Of The Contract; - Contract Holder C: 30% Of The Maximum And Minimum Amounts Of The Contract; For Information Purposes (This Data May Vary During The Execution Of The Contract), The Work To Be Carried Out Under This Contract: Is Usually Carried Out 90% At Night And 10% During The Day. The Work And Services, Carried Out Day And Night, Include In Particular: Plastering And Painting Work On Masonry; An Application Of Paint On Ferrous Metals. The Description Of The Works And Their Technical Specifications Are Indicated In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp), And The Implementation Constraints In The Specifications Of Special Construction Clauses (Ccpr). This Contract Includes An Obligation Of Results Taking Into Account The Constraints And Requirements Of The Ratp. Delivery Or Service Orders (Ols) Can Be Specified Or Modified Unilaterally Through Service Orders (Os). This Contract Is Interchangeably Referred To As The Terms Framework Agreement And Contract.
