The Subject Of The Order Are Educational Activities, Organization Of Workshops And Thematic Conferences For Market Surveillance System Authorities, Business Entities, Consumers In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Construction And Development Of A Market Surveillance System In The Field Of Accessibility Of Products And Services, Which Is A Non-Competitive Project Under The European Funds For Social Development Operational Program, Priority: 03. Accessibility And Services For People With Disabilities, Measure 03.03 Systemic Improvement Of Accessibility. The Project Is Implemented In Partnership With The Office Of Electronic Communications (Uke) (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order, Subject Of The Agreement).4.2. The Order Includes Two Tasks Performed Under One Contract: 4.2.1. Task 1: Educational Activities 4.2.2. Task 2: Organization Of 4 Thematic Conferences (Hybrid Formula) And 6 Online Workshops.4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Method Of Its Implementation Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) And In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Drafted Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu).4.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, A Person/Persons Performing/Performing Repetitive Administrative And Organizational Activities Directly Related To The Current Management Of The Agreement, In Particular Consisting Of Receiving And Registering Correspondence Related To The Implementation Of The Agreement, Keeping A Schedule Of Working Meetings And Setting Them With The Ordering Party, Ongoing Handling Of Applications Or Registration Of Conference Or Workshop Participants And Completing Organizational Documentation Related To The Implementation Of The Agreement, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code. This Obligation Does Not Apply To Activities Performed Personally By The Contractor Who Is A Natural Person Running A Business Or To Activities Of A Creative, Expert, Specialist, Technical, Substantive Or Ad Hoc Nature That Are Not Performed Under The Conditions Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code. Details On How To Document Employment And Control The Contractors Or Subcontractors Compliance With The Requirements For Employment Under An Employment Contract And Provisions Regarding Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Requirements Are Included In The Provisions Of The Labor Code.
