1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 2 Spreaders With Humidification Function, With A Capacity Of 8 M3. The Ordering Party Requires That All Offered Sand Spreaders Are From One And The Same Manufacturer.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Classified According To: Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv Classification) Under Codes 34144440-4 (Sand Spreaders) And 34144420-8 (Salt Spreading Vehicles).3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Sand Spreaders Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Unused, Not Registered As Used Devices, Not The Subject Of Previous Sale To The End User And Ready For Operation As Intended.4. A Detailed Specification Of The Employers Minimum Technical Requirements Regarding Sand Spreaders Is Attached As Annex No. 6 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Manufacturer Of The Offered Sand Spreaders Has Its Own Or An Authorized Mobile Technical Service Enabling Repairs At The Ordering Partys Premises. The Repair Deadlines Required By The Ordering Party And The Rules For Providing The Ordering Party With Replacement Devices (Sand Spreaders) Are Specified In § 11 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 5 To The Swz.6. Together With The Delivery Of The Delivered Sand Spreaders, The Contractor Will Conduct, Without Separate Remuneration, Training For Four Persons Designated By The Ordering Party In The Operation And Operation Of The Delivered Sand Spreaders.7. The Contractor Will Ensure That, Along With The Release Of The Supplied Sand Spreaders To The Ordering Party, The Ordering Party Will Also Be Provided With Detailed Operating Instructions In Polish, Certificates And Safety Declarations, And Spare Parts Catalogs In Polish, To The Extent That This Applies To The Delivered Devices.
