1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A System For Laminoplasty Of The Cervical Spine In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In Annex No. 1 To This Specification.2. Validity Date: Min. 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery. 3. Additional Conditions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: A) The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver And Deposit At The Ordering Partys Office (Kraków, Os. Złotej Jesieni 1) Free Of Charge The Subject Of The Order Together With The Instruments For The Duration Of The Contract, In Accordance With Annex No. 1. B) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Instruments Along With A List Or Photos Of The Tools. C) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Replenish And Service The Instruments Provided To The Buyer Under The Contract Free Of Charge.
