1. Guidelines For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Umt Building At Ul. Wały Gen. Sikorskiego 8 Is Located On Plot No. 68 From Precinct 15 In Toruń. The Area Is Not Covered By The Local Development Plan. The Building And The Area Around The Building Are Under Conservation Protection.2) The Supporting Material Is The Documentation Entitled: Concept Of Adapting Rooms To Serve As A Temporary Shelter (Mds) In The Umt Building At Ul. Wały Gen. Sikorskiego 8 In Toruń, Developed By J.T.B.
