Delivery Of Cotton Bags For Participants Of The Lotto 25. Poznań Marathon. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Offer Must Be Accompanied By One Piece Of Bag Made In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, From The Material Indicated In The Description, With A Weight Of Min. Quality Of Material And Workmanship As Well As The Quality Of The Print Than Those Presented In The Procedure. The Maximum Number Of Bags Subject To The Order Is 7,000 Pieces, Of Which 5,000 Pieces Constitute The Basic, Guaranteed Scope Of The Order, The Remaining Scope Of 2,000 Pieces Is Covered By The Option Right. The Ordering Party Will Exercise The Option Right In The Event Of An Increased Number Of Participants In The Planned Event. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About Exercising The Option Right, Providing The Final Quantity Of Ordered Bags, By E-Mail, For 5 Weeks. Before The Order Completion Date. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right In Full Or In Part Or Not. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option Right Or Exercises It To A Limited Extent, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. The Scope Of The Order Covered By The Option Right Will Be Implemented On The Same Terms As The Basic Order.
