Subject Of The Order: The City Museum In Zabrze Is Not Subject To Mandatory Protection Of The Records Of Areas, Objects And Devices Subject To Mandatory Protection, Located In The Voivodeship Kept By The Voivode Of Silesia (Decision Of The Voivode Of Silesia Of May 21, 2026). The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Qualified Physical Protection Of Persons And Property Of The City Museum In Zabrze In Accordance With The Applicable Internal Protection Plan Of The City Museum In Zabrze. Zabrze Galeria Café Silesia At Ul. 3 Maja 6, Hereinafter Referred To As The Protection Plan, In The Following Scope: One (1) Single-Person Guard In The Building Of The Café Silesia Municipal Museum Gallery In Zabrze At Ul. 3-Go Maja 6, 24 Hours A Day. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Protection Of Property And Assets, Including Those Used By The Ordering Party As An Organizer, Co-Organizer Or Co-Host Of Exhibitions In The Ordering Partys Facilities, As Well As Property Lent Or Rented To The Ordering Party, Used By The Ordering Party To Organize Exhibitions In Protected Areas. B) Configuration And Provision Of Access Management And Security Services Using Artificial Intelligence At The Museum Collections Warehouse Facility In Zabrze At Ul. Wolności 282, Including, Among Others, The Configuration Of Security Systems In Accordance With The Applicable Security Plan For The Museum Collections Warehouse At Ul. Wolności 282 In Zabrze, Hereinafter Referred To As The Security Plan, Providing Security Services And Management Of Security Systems, Providing A 24-Hour, Continuous Monitoring Center For Supervising, Monitoring, Coordinating And Managing The Security Of The Facility3. The Ordering Party Requires That Protection Be Provided By Qualified Security Personnel Without Firearms In Accordance With The Security Plan. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz Together With The Annexes.5. Note: Protection Plans For The Museum Facilities At Ul. 3 Maja 6 And Ul. Wolności 282 Are Internal Documents Of The Museum And Are Not Subject To Publication. These Documents Will Be Made Available To The Contractor Selected To Implement The Subject Of The Contract After Signing The Contract. In Unregulated Matters And In The Event Of Conflicting Provisions Between The Applicable Security Plans And The Documentation Of The Proceedings, The Provisions Of The Security Plans Shall Apply.
