2.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Staff Training As Part Of The Project Entitled: New Organization Of The Bielawy Commune Office.2.2. The Task Is Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027, Project Co-Financing Agreement No. Feld.08.05-Iz.00-0016/25-00.2.3. As Part Of The Task, It Is Planned To Conduct Training For Lower And Higher Management Staff - 6 People, And Training For Management Staff And Other Employees - From 8 People To 38 People, Depending On The Given Training. The Aim Is To Provide Training Support For Management Staff Regarding An Innovative Way Of Organizing Diversity Management Work And To Improve The Competences And Qualifications Of Management Staff In The Field Of Diversity Management Issues, Understanding Related Problems And Searching For Their Solutions, In Particular Flexible Forms Of Work Organization And Adapting The Work Environment To The Needs Of Various Employees; Consequently, Increased Involvement In Implementing Innovative Changes In Work Organization (Strategy). The Training Will Be Carried Out In The Conference Room Of The Bielawy Commune Office Equipped With Equipment Including: Laptop, Projector, Printer And Furniture Necessary For Conducting Training, On Working Days From Monday To Friday During The Working Hours Of The Bielawy Commune Office. The Order Has Been Divided Into Two Parts, The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts Of The Order. 2.4. Part No. 1: Training Block I - Task No. 2 From The Application: Training For 6 People. Lower And Higher Management Staff. Task Name: Training Support For Management Staff Regarding An Innovative Way Of Organizing Diversity Management Work. For 6 People Regarding The Implementation Of Flexible Forms Of Work Organization And Innovative Ways Of Working Appropriate To The Needs Of Different Generations, Allowing In Particular To Retain As Many Older Employees As Possible In The Facility And Attract Young Ones. Managing Employees Recognize The Need To Participate In The Indicated Training Due To The Age Of The Applicants Staff, As Much As 30% Are People Aged 50+.
